Return policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may initiate a return for thermal mugs and ceramic cups within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:
  • The products are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags or labels attached.
  • The items are not customized, personalized, or damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or accidental breakage by the customer.
  • Defective, incorrect, or damaged items (received in faulty condition) are eligible for free returns or exchanges at our expense.

2. Return Process

  1. Request Return Authorization (RA): Contact our support team via phone or email to request an RA number. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for return in your request.
  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the eligible product(s) along with a copy of your order confirmation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outer packaging.
  3. Ship the Return: Send the package to our return address (listed below). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
  4. Inspection & Refund/Exchange: We will inspect the returned items within 3 business days of receipt. Once approved:
    • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is our fault.
    • Exchanges: Fulfilled subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized thermal mugs/ceramic cups
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
  • Products purchased during flash sales or clearance events (unless defective)

5. Limitations

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above eligibility criteria. No returns will be accepted without a valid RA number.
