We ship our premium thermal mugs and ceramic cups across France and selected EU countries. For shipping inquiries outside these regions, please contact our support team for custom quotes and availability.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or French public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over [€XX] within France. No minimum order value applies for free shipping to EU countries at this time.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a confirmation email with a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your package’s status via the carrier’s official website using this number.

6. Missing, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Delayed Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect thermal mugs/ceramic cups, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging for us to process your claim.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses at this time.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable to international shipments.
